I am looking for a part-time virtual assistant + social media manager to help with the brand management of three different brands! Through this position, you will be my right-hand gal (or guy) and help me with managing several different aspects of my business.  I need someone that wants to grow with me and knows how to have fun, but also knows how to work hard! We have a lot of fun, but being successful also takes a lot of work. Time will be split evenly between the three brands within my business. This position will begin with 10 hours per week and additional hours may be available in the future.

I am looking for someone that:

  • LOVES creating content ( writing + social media management )
  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Is extremely organized
  • Has a positive attitude
  • Knows how to manage many different social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram + Pinterest)
  • Is familiar with social media management software (Tailwind, Meet Edgar, Hootsuite)
  • Is comfortable researching in order to come up with solutions to problems within the business (finding new apps or necessary software or templates)
  • Is familiar with WordPress + blogging
  • Is efficient with their time and can handle multiple projects simultaneously

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and management of 3 editorial calendars
  • Social media post drafting + scheduling
  • Blog brainstorming, writing, and editing
  • Manage all collaborations + partnerships within the brands
  • Work with key members of my team for certain tasks
  • Social media engagement across several platforms and accounts
  • Photo editing + organization
  • Assist with rebranding and some PR correspondence for a new company
  • Email correspondence, appointment booking, and collaborations with other team members
