When it comes to a clean summer skincare routine, I like to keep things simple. Today, I’m breaking down the 4 products that I’ve been obsessing over this summer and why I can’t live without them.

FAB Cleanser

I’m always a little hesitant to try new cleaners, especially in the summer, because I’m so prone to breakouts and irritation. Lately, my skin has also been pretty sensitive, so I’ve found myself going back to a face wash that used to be an old-standby, one I used to use all the time.

I honestly forgot how much I love this First Aid Beauty Pure Skin Face Cleanser. It rinses all my makeup away in one wash but doesn’t feel like it’s stripping my skin. I love that it doesn’t have any essential oils or fragrance, it just makes my skin feel super clean and it’s so soothing. It’s also a great price, and the travel size is so convenient too. This has definitely been my go-to cleanser all summer long!

Lightweight Serum

When you have combination or oily skin, it can be hard to find a serum that offers the anti-aging benefits that we’re all looking for, but without being too heavy or causing breakouts. Luckily, there’s a new product that came out recently that I am OBSESSED with and it’s become my new summer staple.

Bold & Bare’s Bare Elixir sinks immediately into the skin and is nourishing, but still super lightweight. I absolutely love to use it as a makeup primer in the morning as well as a nighttime serum. My very favorite way to use it, though, is as a treatment right before skin icing. I swear my skin has never looked better.

Ice Rolling

I’ve talked about skin icing before, but I think it’s truly the perfect addition to a summer beauty routine. It curbs breakouts, fights inflammation, increases circulation, and especially in the summer, it just feels so dang good! If you’ve never tried it, this is truly my number one obsession right now, and I highly recommend that you give it a try!

Tingling Mud Mask

I don’t know about you, but masks are another staple for me in the summertime. The one that I’ve found myself reaching for again and again this summer is this tingling mud mask by ROSEN Skincare. It’s definitely not one you want to use if you’ve been out in the sun because it’s a super active mask (i.e the tingle is real!) But, if you want something to really clear out your pores after a long, hot summer day, this is a great mask to use! You can read more about the ROSEN Skincare line and all my faves in this post.

Don’t Forget That Ice Roller

Well, I hope you’ve been enjoying your summer so far! There’s still some time left for you to switch up your clean summer skincare routine if you haven’t yet, so I hope these recommendations will help. I’ll be sharing my fall favorites soon. In the meantime, have a fab summer and definitely check out that ice roller. It’s great for soothing sunburns too!
